The purpose of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County Newcomers Club is to promote friendship and to assist in the social, civic and cultural orientation of those new to the area.
The Newcomers Club general meeting is on the second Tuesday of each month, September through May in Murfreesboro, and consists of a business meeting followed by lunch and an informative program.
The Newcomers Club also has special activities through out the month to keep us busy and make use of our talents as well as meet many new friends. Whether you play Bunco, love to read, love scrap booking, or just enjoy a movie with the girls, there is something for everyone!
We also take pride in our philanthropic work we do with the local charities.
